Pre-Flight Disclosure

What Underwriting Needs From You, and What It Doesn't.

The form above is structured to act as its own pre-qualification. Most operators finish it in four minutes. Here is what we ask for, what we don't, and why.

What speeds a 48-hour decision

Decisions inside 48 hours are not a slogan — they are an operational standard we have hit on 92% of submissions since 2021. Two things accelerate a deal: an accurate description of the collateral (year, make, model, VIN/serial, condition, location), and a recent bank statement or P&L that corroborates revenue. A one-page equipment quote from the seller is also useful when the capital is funding a specific purchase.

What we do not pull at this stage

We do not run a hard credit inquiry to evaluate your intake. We do not require tax returns, audited financials, or a personal financial statement at this stage. We do not ask for a Social Security number, and we will never request account credentials to your bank. All three of those arrive later, inside our secure document portal, only after you elect to proceed with a term sheet.

Business-purpose confirmation is required

Our credit policy is explicit: GFAF lends exclusively for business, commercial, or investment purposes. We do not lend for personal, family, or household purposes. The checkbox at the end of the form is a regulatory attestation — not a marketing line. By submitting, you are confirming the capital will be deployed inside the borrowing entity's operations.

No guarantees, no rate quotes, no promises

This page is an intake — not an offer. We do not quote specific rates, factor rates, or APRs pre-underwriting because every GFAF deal is structured around the asset and the operator. A credit floor of A- is accepted; deals are approved or declined on the strength of the collateral package and the operating profile, not on FICO alone.

After You Submit

A deal lead reviews every submission within one business hour.

Your file does not sit in a queue. A named underwriter acknowledges receipt, flags anything missing, and moves the deal toward a written term sheet or a clean decline — usually inside 48 hours.
